- Four or more core guest-facing pages for the agreed launch scope, plus the standard policy pages needed for the finished site.
- Table requests
- A request form that sends the guest’s details to the restaurant’s nominated email address. The restaurant confirms availability manually.
- First draft
- An initial working draft within 7 calendar days after the deposit, agreed scope, content and required access have been received.
- Feedback
- After the initial draft, the client may submit two consolidated rounds of feedback before launch. Additional rounds or a changed scope are quoted separately.
- Included care
- Three months of post-launch maintenance for the agreed website scope, included at no additional charge.
- Ongoing support
- After the included three-month care period, support is charged only for the time required at $40 USD per hour, with an estimate approved before work begins.
- Deployment & domain
- Managed deployment on the agreed free hosting setup is included with no recurring Shokupage deployment fee. The client owns and renews any custom domain directly with the domain registrar.

02 · Final balance

Not included
Online ordering, POS integration, live table inventory, automatically confirmed reservations, premium domains and paid third-party software are outside this offer.
Payment & refund
The $400 deposit reserves the project and is applied to the total. Before work begins it is refundable, less any authorised non-recoverable provider cost. After work begins, completed work and used capacity are deducted and any unused prepaid balance is refunded.
